Our Organization transformation Services consists of three elements:

1.            Organization Design: 

This is a step-by-step methodology which identifies dysfunctional aspects of work flow, procedures, structures and systems, realigns them to fit current business realities/goals and then develops plans to implement the new changes. 2.            Organization Assessment:

At DMA, we focus on the assessment of the organization as the primary unit of analysis. Our focus helps your team, department, or organization better understand those issues that are supporting or hindering good performance.

DMA’s approach is to analyze the proposed transformation, determine the impacts of the transformation on the organization, assess the preparedness of the organizational entities to adopt the transformation, and assess the "people and organizational" risks associated with the transformation.

3.            Organization Review:

DMA conducts a comprehensive review of our client’s HR practices, structure, people and processes. i).         UNDERTAKING HR AUDITS OF CAPABILITY AND ALIGNMENT WITH ORGANIZATIONAL OBJECTIVES
