This Workshop Will Explore Organizational Development, Renewal And Transformation Which Are Concerned With Assuring The Ongoing ‘Health’ Of The Organization. Particular Emphasis Will Be Placed On Assessing And Improving The Effectiveness Of Decision Making And Problem Solving Processes At Individual, Team And Organizational Levels. Participants Will Acquire And Learn A Broad Repertoire Of Skills And Processes To Assist In Execution, Change And Renewal. The Program Will Build And Enhance Participants’ Abilities To Act As Successful Change Agents And Promoters In Their Organizations.

The Program Is Designed To Equip Managers With The Knowledge, Skills, Tools And Techniques To Lead Organizational Change. It Reflects The Critical Need For Organizational Flexibility Within An Increasingly Dynamic Business Environment. The Program Is Highly Participative To Ensure That The Collective Experience Of The Entire Class Group Is Harnessed. The Faculty Teaching On The Program Will Combine Academic Insight And Practical Relevance By Blending An Academic With An Experienced Practitioner To Co-Teach Many Of The Modules. The Program Emphasis Is On Participant-Centred Action Learning Using A Combination Of Real-Life Problems And Case Studies. The Workshop Timetable Of Fridays And Saturdays Has Minimal Impact On A Busy Work Schedule And Is Accessible To A Wide Geographical Population.
